The global energy crisis is a critical issue nowadays, especially with the danger of running out of non-renewable energy resources such as fossil fuels. As a result of this issue, it is essential to use renewable energy resources such as biomass energy. Therefore, this study is carried out using biomass and biogas technologies, which are implemented worldwide, but there is still in the area for development. Development of a mobile unit of biogas 1 m3 to be used for biogas production, a fixed digester with an agitator to produce biogas, is designed; moreover, a floating dome digester and fixed brush digester are used to produce biogas. This design is simple with no mechanical or electrical components, easily constructed, and cost-efficient to produce gas. An economic study is performed to reveal the cost efficiency of this method of production.
