تعزيز دور المرأة في تقديم الإرشاد والمعلومات أثناء الحج

Abstract

يعتبر الحج أكبر مؤتمر إسلامي في العالم، يأتيه المسلمون من بلاد وخلفيات ولغات مختلفة، وحيث أن أعداد النساء الحاجات تتزايد كل عام يزداد الاحتياج إلى تقديم المزيد من المعلومات والإرشاد وبخاصة للنساء غير الناطقين بالعربية. وبالرغم من تواجد بعض المتطوعات في هذا المجال الآن إلا أنه إضافة إلى أعدادهن القليلة جدًا والتي لا تتناسب مع أعداد الزائرات والحاجات اللاتي يحتجن إلى المساعدة فضلًا على أن معظمهن متطوعات ولم يخضعن لتدريب مهني ولغوي وشرعي مناسب للقيام بهذه المهمة الحيوية. تنقسم هذه الدراسة إلى جزئين الجزء الأول يتضمن عرض لتجربة ميدانية للعمل مع اللجنة النسائية بالهيئة العالمية للمسلمين الجدد التابعة لرابطة العالم الإسلامي خلال موسم الحج لعام 2013 (1433). وتعرض في هذا الجزء بعض التحديات التي تواجه الحاجات غير الناطقات بالعربية وحاجتهن الماسة إلى المعلومات والإرشاد. يخصص الجزء الثاني من الدراسة إلى تقديم برنامج تدريبي مقترح لطلاب الجامعة وخاصة الفتيات لزيادة كفائتهن اللغوية ومهارات التواصل والعلاقات العامة التي يحتجنها للقيام بمهمة الإرشاد وتقديم المعلومات خلال موسم الحج. يقترح البرنامج البدء باللغة الإنجليزية والأردية في المرحلة الأولية ثم يشمل عدد أكثر من اللغات في مراحل لاحقة. تقترح الدراسة برنامج مكثف لدراسة اللغة يقدم للمتدربين محتوى لغوي عال يشمل المصطلحات والتعبيرات الخاصة التي يتداول استعمالها في موسم الحج بالإضافة إلى مهارات التعامل والتواصل وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى: 1- عرض بعض التحديات التي تواجه الحجاج غير الناطقين بالعربية خاصة النساء منهم. 2- تقديم بعض الحلول المقترحة لمواجهة هذه التحديات. 3- اقتراح برنامج تدريبي لطالبات الجامعات يشمل اللغات ومهارات العلاقات العامة والتواصل. 4- اقتراح بعض الترتيبات والتوصيات لزيادة فعالية طالبات الجامعات وتعزيز ثقافة التطوع والعمل الجماعي بينهن.

Hajj is the world's largest convention. It attracts Muslims from different countries, backgrounds and languages. More than two million Muslims gather in Mecca annually to perform this foundation pillar of Islam. Since the number of women performing Hajj accelerates annually, there is an increasing demand for guidance and information especially amongst non- Arabic speaking women pilgrims. Saudi women have always been actively involved in the hosting and guidance provided during Hajj and Umrah, their domestic role in making Hajj a more comfortable and beneficial experience is never denied or underestimated. However, many of those who are currently working in the field are volunteers who generally lack the professional training in language, public relations and Islamic legislation needed for such a major task. This current study is divided in two parts; the first examines the role played by Saudi women in providing on a field experience working with the International Association for New Muslims, women division, which is a part of the Muslim World League is to be briefly demonstrated. This part of the paper presents a field experience about Hajj by the new Muslims during 2012. It demonstrates some of the challenges facing Non Arabic speakers especially women and the necessity to provide special information and guidance to them. The second part of the paper is devoted to present a suggested professional training program for university students, especially females, to provide them with the language, public relation and communication skills needed to such massive task. The suggested training program will begin with English, Urdu as a start ups and it is to be developed to include other languages in the future.
