دراسة تقييم الأثر البيئي للكسارات الواقعة شمال مكة المكرمة

Abstract

يعرض ھذا البحث دراسة تقييم الأثر البيئي (EIA) لمشروع تشغيل كسارة للصخور بشمال مكة المكرمة, والتي تهدف إلى المساعدة في تقليل كمية الملوثات المنبعثة منهما وبالتالي الحفاظ على الصحة العامة للأحياء المجاورة، وخصوصاً وقت ھبوب الرياح الشديدة, وكذلك الاستفادة من الموارد الطبيعية بالمملكة العربية السعودية. ويهدف أيضًا إلى تطبيق المتطلبات القانونية والتشريعية التنظيمية وفقًا لقانون البيئة السعودي والصادر من الرئاسة العامة للأرصاد والبيئة واللائحة التنفيذية. This paper presents a study of environmental impact assessment (EIA) for the project of runing crusher of rocks at north of Makkah, which aims to reduce the amount of pollutants emitted and thus maintain the overall health of the neighborhoods nearby, especially at time of blowing strong winds, as well as take advantage of the natural resources in Saudi Arabia. The aim of this study is to apply the legal requirements and the regulatory and legislative According to the Environmental Law and issued by the Saudi General Presidency of Meteorology and Environment and the Regulations (PME).
